Sign PDF lets you draw a signature with a mouse or finger, or type your name in a cursive-style font, and stamps it as an image on the page you choose. Pick ink color and one of three bottom positions, then download the signed copy.
The signature is an ordinary picture placed on the page, 140 points wide and 50 points up from the bottom edge. It is not a cryptographic digital signature, and nothing in the file proves who signed or when.
That is fine for many everyday forms that accept a pasted image of your signature. It is not appropriate when a process requires a certificate-based signature or a dedicated e-signature service.
